These Regulations are the
Foreign Evidence (Foreign Material — Criminal and Related Civil Proceedings) Amendment Regulations 2004 (No. 1) .
These Regulations commence on the date of their notification in the
Gazette .
3 Amendment of Foreign Evidence (Foreign Material — Criminal and Related Civil Proceedings) Regulations Schedule 1 amends the Foreign Evidence (Foreign Material — Criminal and Related Civil Proceedings) Regulations.
