1      Name of Plan

This Plan is Forbes Local Environmental Plan 2013 (Amendment No 6).

2      Commencement

This Plan commences on the day on which it is published on the NSW legislation website.

3      Land to which Plan applies

This Plan applies to the following land at Forbes:

(a)	6 Clematis Street, being Lot 29, DP 247738 and Lot 42, DP 248480 (Clematis Street Park),
(b)	certain land at College Road, being Lot 12, DP 841467 (Reymond Street Park),
(c)	certain land at Patterson Street, being Lot 13, DP 35998 (Sister Gardenia Park),
(d)	certain land at Weelong Place, being Lot 11, DP 702906 (Carrington Gardens).
