1      Name of Plan

This Plan is Forbes Local Environmental Plan 1986 (Amendment

No 15).

2      Commencement

This Plan commences on the day on which it is published on the

NSW legislation website.

3      Land to which Plan applies

This Plan applies to Lot 28, DP 1044086, 40–70 Church Street, Forbes, as shown edged heavy black on the map marked “Forbes Local Environmental Plan 1986 (Amendment No 15)” deposited in the office of Forbes Shire Council.
