Forbes Local Environmental Plan 1986 (Amendment

No 11)

1     Name of plan

This plan is Forbes Local Environmental Plan 1986 (Amendment

No 11).

2     Aims of plan

This plan aims to rezone the land to which this plan applies from Zone No 1 (a) (the Rural Zone) to Zone No 4 (a) (the Industrial Zone) under Forbes Local Environmental Plan 1986.

3     Land to which plan applies

This plan applies to land situated in the local government area of Forbes, being land at the southeastern corner of the Newell Highway and Back Yamma Road, Daroobalgie, and known as Lots 37, 49 and 50, DP 750154 and Lots 1 and 2, DP 573421, as shown edged heavy black on the map marked “Forbes Local Environmental Plan 1986 (Amendment No 11)” deposited in the office of Forbes Shire Council.

4 Amendment of Forbes Local Environmental Plan 1986

Forbes Local Environmental Plan 1986 is amended by inserting in appropriate order in the definition of the map in clause 5 (1) the following words:
