AN ACT to repeal the Foot and Mouth Disease Eradication Fund Act 1959 and the Foot and Mouth Disease Eradication Fund Act Amendment Act 1966 and to
amend the Exotic Stock Diseases (Eradication Fund)
Act 1969.

The Parliament of Western Australia enacts as follows :
Short title
1 . This Act may be cited as the Foot and Mouth Disease
Eradication Fund Repeal Act 1993 .

Commencement
2. This Act shall come into operation on the day on which it
receives the Royal Assent .
Repeal
3. The following Acts are repealed -

Amendments to Exotic Stock Diseases (Eradication Fund)
Act 1969
4. The Exotic Stock Diseases (Eradication Fund) Act 1969* is
amended -
| (a) | by repealing section 3; and |
| (b) | by repealing the Schedule . |
