Food Standards Australia New Zealand Amendment Act 2007

I, PROFESSOR MARIE BASHIR, AC, CVO, Deputy for the Governor‑General of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council and under item 2 of the table in subsection 2 (1) of the Food Standards Australia New Zealand Amendment Act 2007, fix 1 July 2007 as the day on which Parts 1 and 2 of Schedule 1 to that Act commence.
