Maltogenic α-amylase (EC 3.2.1.133) sourced from Bacillus licheniformis containing the gene for maltogenic α-amylase from Geobacillus stearothermophilus.

For use in:

(a)   brewing;

(b)   the manufacture of bakery products;

(c)    the production of potable alcohol; and;

(d)   starch processing.
