The Australian Capital Territory Executive makes the following regulations under the Food Act 1992.

1. Commencement

   These regulations are taken to have commenced on 1 July 2000.

2. Regulations amended

   These regulations amend the Food Regulations 1994.

3. Exemptions from licensing requirements

   Regulation 4 is amended by omitting from subparagraph (a) (iii) all the words after “premises” and substituting “; or”.
