s1 2 s3 Food Production (Safety) Postponement Regulation No. 176, 2001 2001 1 Short title This regulation may be cited as the Food Production (Safety) Postponement Regulation 2001 . 2 Postponed commencement of uncommenced provisions (1) The period before automatic commencement, under the ActsInterpretation Act 1954 , section 15DA(2), of the postponed law is extended to the end of 25 October 2002. 1 (2) In this section— “postponed law” means the uncommenced provisions of the FoodProduction (Safety) Act 2000. 3 Expiry This regulation expires on 27 October 2002.
