s1 2 s4 Food Production (Safety) Amendment Regulation No. 245, 2005 (No. 1) 2005 Part 1 Preliminary 1 Short title This regulation may be cited as the Food Production (Safety) Amendment Regulation (No. 1) 2005 . 2 Commencement Part 3 commences on 1 January 2006. 3 Regulation amended This regulation amends the FoodProduction(Safety)Regulation 2002. Part 2 Amendments commencing on notification 4 Insertion of new s 27A After section 27— insert — ‘27A Exemptions from fees for accreditation ‘(1) Despite sections 26 and 27, no fee is payable for an application for an accreditation, or a renewal of an accreditation, by— (a) a school who must prepare and maintain a food safety program under a food safety scheme; 1 or (b) an egg producer who supplies eggs under a preferred supplier arrangement. 1 Note subsections (3) and (4) of section 48 (Grant or renewal of accreditations) of the Act.
