s1 2 s3 Food (Postponement) Regulation 2007 No. 17, 2007 1 Short title This regulation may be cited as the Food (Postponement) Regulation 2007 . 2 Postponed commencement of uncommenced provisions (1) The period before automatic commencement, under the ActsInterpretationAct1954 , section 15DA(2), of the postponed law is extended to the end of 22 February 2008. (2) In this section— postponed law means the uncommenced provisions of the Food Act 2006 . Editor’s note — The postponed law now automatically commences on 23 February 2008. 3 Expiry This regulation expires on 24 February 2008.
