FOOD HYGIENE AMENDMENT REGULATIONS (No. 2) 1991

Made by His Excellency the Governor in Executive Council.
Citation

1.These regulations may be cited as the Food Hygiene Amendment Regulations

(No. 2) 1991.

Regulation 50 amended

2.Regulation 50 of the Food Hygiene Regulations 1973* is amended—

(a)	in subregulation (2) (b) by deleting "(2)" and substituting the follow- ing—
•	(3) "; and
(b) in subregulation (3)	(a) by inserting after "(2)" the following—
•	and regulation 29 ".
