   FOOD HYGIENE AMENDMENT REGULATIONS 1991

   Made by His Excellency the Governor in Executive Council.
   Citation
   1. These regulations may be cited as the Food Hygiene Amendment Regulations
   1991.
   Regulation 50 amended

   2. Regulation 50 of the Food Hygiene Regulations 1973* is amended—

(a) in subregulation (2) by deleting paragraph (b) and substituting the following paragraph-

" (b) the labels on the containers comply with regulation 28 (1) and
(2) of the Health (Pet Meat) Regulations 1990. "; and

(b) in subregulation (3) by deleting paragraph (a) and substituting the following paragraph-

" (a) packed into cartons which are labelled in accordance with regulation 28 (1) and (2) of the Health (Pet Meat) Regulations 1990; ".
