(Amendment) Regulations 1999

The Governor in Council makes the following Regulations:

1. Objective

The objective of these Regulations is to make certain minor amendments to Schedules 5 and 6 to the Food (Forms, Exemption and Registration Details) Regulations 1995.

2. Authorising provision

These Regulations are made under section 63 of the Food Act 1984.

3. Amendment to Schedule 5

In Schedule 5 to the Food (Forms, Exemption and

Registration Details) Regulations 19951—

(a) omit "for the period ending 31 December (c)";

(b) omit "(c) Insert appropriate year".

4. Amendment to Schedule 6

In Schedule 6 to the Food (Forms, Exemption and

Registration Details) Regulations 1995—

(a) omit "for the period ending 31 December (c)";

(b) omit "(c) Insert appropriate year";

(c) for "(d)" (wherever occurring) substitute "(c)".
