Food Amendment Regulations 2015

Made by the Lieutenant-Governor and deputy of the Governor in

Executive Council.

1.	Citation These regulations are the Food Amendment Regulations 2015.
2.	Commencement These regulations come into operation as follows —

(a)	regulations 1 and 2 — on the day on which these regulations are published in the Gazette;
(b)	the rest of the regulations — on the day after that day.

3. Regulations amended
These regulations amend the Food Regulations 2009.

4.           Regulation 4 amended

(2)	In regulation 4(1) in the definition of public hospital delete "section 2(1)." and insert:
section 2(1);
(1)	In regulation 4(1) insert in alphabetical order:

King's Park means all of the land from time to time within Reserve No. 1720 classified as of Class A; Rottnest Island means the Rottnest Island Reserve described in the Rottnest Island Authority Act 1987 section 4.

(3)	In regulation 4(2)(a) delete "located" and insert:
conducted
(4)	After regulation 4(2)(c) insert:

(da) is conducted at premises located in King's Park

or on Rottnest Island; or

5. Schedule 1 amended
In Schedule I delete item 1 and insert:

I. Bunbury 3.00 0.75 3.25
