Food Amendment Regulation (No. 2) 2008 [s 1] 1 Short title This regulation may be cited as the Food Amendment Regulation (No. 2) 2008 . 2 Regulation amended This regulation amends the Food Regulation 2006 . 3 Insertion of new s 6A After section 6— insert — ‘6A Prescribed changes to food standards code—Act, s 278(2)(a) ‘For section 278(2)(a) of the Act, standard 3.3.1 (Food safety programs for food service to vulnerable persons) does not apply. Note — This section expires 1 year after it is made under section 278(4)(a) of the Act.’.
