Food Amendment Regulation (No. 1) 2008 [s 1] 1 Short title This regulation may be cited as the Food Amendment Regulation (No. 1) 2008 . 2 Regulation amended This regulation amends the Food Regulation 2006. 3 Insertion of new s 7 After section 6— insert— ‘7 Fees for applications ‘(1) Subsection (2) applies to each of the following— (a) an application, made under section 128 of the Act, for approval as an auditor; (b) an application, made under section 138 of the Act, for renewal of an approval as an auditor. ‘(2) For section 151(2)(c) of the Act, the fee is total of the following— (a) the application fee of $100; (b) an approval fee of $215 for each year of the approval. ‘(3) Subsection (4) applies to an application, made under section 141 of the Act, to amend the conditions imposed on an auditor’s approval. ‘(4) For section 151(2)(c) of the Act, the fee is $21.50. ‘(5) For section 154(2)(c) of the Act, the fee is $21.50.’.
