FOOD (ADMINISTRATION) REGULATIONS REPEAL REGULATIONS

Regulations under the Food Act

1Citation

These Regulations may be cited as the Food (Administration) Regulations Repeal Regulations.

2Commencement

These Regulations come into operation on the day on which, but immediately after, the Food Act 2004 commences.

3Repeal

The Food (Administration) Regulations (Regulations 1995, No. 20) are repealed.

4Expiry

These Regulations expire on the day after the day on which they commence.
