FOOD ACT 1989 NO. 231 - PROCLAMATION

I, Rear Admiral Sir DAVID JAMES MARTIN, Governor of the State of New South Wales, with the advice of the Executive Council, and in pursuance of section 2 of the Food Act 1989, do, by this my Proclamation, appoint 11th May 1990 as the day on which that Act (clauses (2) and (3) of the item in Schedule 4 to that Act relating to the Local Government Act 1919 excepted) commences.
