FLOUR ACQUISITION (FURTHER

AMENDMENT) ACT.

Act No. 70, 1931.

An Act to extend the period during which the Flour Acquisition Act, 1931, as amended by the Flour Acquisition (Amendment) Act, 1931, is to remain in force; for that purpose to further amend the Flour Acquisition Act, 1931; and for purposes connected therewith. [Assented to, 29th December, 1931.]

BE it enacted by the King's Most Excellent Majesty, lative Council and Legislative Assembly of New South by and with the advice and consent of the Legis-	Wales in Parliament assembled, and by the authority of
the same, as follows :—
1 . (1) This Act may be cited as the " Flour Acquisi- tion (Further Amendment) Act, 1931."
(2) This Act shall be read and construed with the Flour Acquisition Act, 1931, as amended by the Flour Acquisition (Amendment) Act, 1931. The Flour Acquisition Act, 1931, as so amended, is in this Act referred to as the Principal Act.
(3) This Act shall be deemed to have commenced on the first day of October, one thousand nine hundred
and thirty-one.

2.   The Principal Act is amended—

(a) by omitting from section two the definition of " wheat " and by inserting in lieu thereof the following definition :—

""Wheat" means wheat harvested during the rear ending on the thirty-first dav of December, one thousand nine hundred and thirty-two, or during any previous year.

(b) by omitting from subsection two of section three the words " one thousand nine hundred and th i r ty - two" and by inserting in lieu thereof the words " one thousand nine hundred and thirtv-three " :

(c) by omitting from subsection one of section four the words " one thousand nine hundred and thi r ty-one" and by inserting in lieu thereof the words "one thousand nine hundred and thirty-two."
