An Act to amend the Flour Acquisition Act, 1931-1934, in certain respects; and for purposes connected therewith. [Assented to, 16th December, 1935.]

1. (1) This Act may be cited as the " F l o u r Acquisi­ t ion (Amendment) Act, 1935."

(2) The F lour Acquisit ion Act, 1931-1934, a s amended by th is Act, may be cited as the " F l o u r Ac­ quisi t ion Act, 1931-1935.""

2. The F lou r Acquisition Act, 1931-1934, is amended
by omit t ing from section two the word " t h i r t y - f i v e "

occurring in the definition of " w h e a t " and by inse r t ing

in lieu thereof the word " t h i r t y - s i x . "
