Flammable Liquids Regulations

I, WILLIAM MICHAEL HODGMAN, the Minister of State for the Capital Territory, hereby make the following Regulations under the Flammable Liquids Ordinance 1976.

Citation

1. These Regulations may be cited as the Flammable Liquids Regulations.

Interpretation
2. In these Regulations, "adopted Regulations" means the Regulations adopted by sub-section 4(1) of the Flammable Liquids Ordinance 1976, as amended by the Flammable Liquids Regulations made under that Ordinance (being Regulations 1980 No. 7).
Fees

3. Regulation 7 of the adopted Regulations is amended—

(a)	by omitting from the column opposite item (a) (i) in the table set out in that regulation "12.00" and substituting "25.00";
(b)	by omitting from the column opposite item (a) (ii) (a) (i) in that table "25.00" and substituting "50.00";

(c) by omitting from the column opposite item (a) (ii) (a) (ii) in that table "50.00" and substituting "100.00";

and substituting "10.00";

(d)	by omitting from the column opposite item (a) (ii) (a) (iii) in that table "100.00" and substituting "200.00";
(e)	by omitting from the column opposite item (a) (ii) (b) in that table "25.00" and substituting "50.00";
(f)	by omitting from the column opposite item (a) (ii) (c) (i) in that table "25.00" and substituting "50.00";
(g)	by omitting from the column opposite item (a) (ii) (c) (ii) in that table "50.00" and substituting "100.00";
(h)	by omitting from the column opposite item (b) in that table "4.00" and substituting "8.00";

(i)     by omitting from the column opposite item (c) in that table "5.00"

(j)	by omitting from the column opposite item (d) in that table "2.00" and substituting "4.00"; and
(k)	by omitting from the column opposite item (e) in that table "0.50" and substituting "1.00".
