FLAMMABLE LIQUIDS AMENDMENT REGULATIONS 1991

Made by His Excellency the Governor in Executive Council.
Citation
1. These regulations may be cited as the Flammable Liquids Amendment
Regulations 1991.
Commencement
2. These regulations shall come into operation on 1 February 1991.
Regulation 158 amended

3. Regulation 158 of the Flammable Liquids Regulations 1967* is amended—

(a) by deleting "two thousand dollars" and substituting the following-

" $50 000 ";

and

(b) by deleting "two hundred dollars" and substituting the following-

" $5000 ".
