An Act to provide for the re-adjustment of a portion of the building-line of Fitzmaurice- street in the town of South Wagga Wagga. [3rd June, 1871.]

WH E R E A S Fi tzmaurice-street in t he Town of South W a g g a W a g g a should	be re-adjusted a n d t h a t in order to carry out such re-adjus tment a port ion
of t h e said street should be resumed by t h e Crown Be i t therefore
enacted by t h e Queen ' s Most Exce l len t Majesty by a n d wi th t he advice
a n d consent of t h e Legis la t ive Counci l and Legislat ive Assembly of
N e w South W a l e s in Pa r l i amen t assembled and by t h e au thor i ty of t he
same as follows :—

of Fi tzmaurice-s t reet in t he Town of Sou th W a g g a W a g g a described in t h e Schedule here to shall absolutely free from all rights-of-way street f rontage or o ther easement or r i gh t whatsoever be resumed by and revested in H e r Majesty H e r He i r s and Successors A n d shall t he reupon upon such t e rms and conditions a n d in such proport ions as t h e Governor wi th t h e advice of t h e Execu t ive Council shall deem j u s t a n d reasonable be dedicated or a l ienated as t he case m a y be to t he several part ies ent i t led to street f rontage a long t h e said por t ion of Fi tzmaurice-s treet .

SCHEDULE.

DESCRIPTION of a strip of land portion of Fitzmaurice-street in the Town of South

Wagga Wagga Parish of South Wagga Wagga County of Wynyard :—

Commencing at a point in the south-eastern side of Johnston-street bearing north sixty degrees east and distant two chains and sixty links from the northern corner of allotment number two of section thirty-eight being the northern corner of portion number one of that section appropriated for a School of Arts and bounded thence on the north-west by the north-easterly prolongation of the south-eastern side of Johnston-street bearing north sixty degrees east fifty links on the north-east by a lino parallel with Fitzmaurice-street bearing south thirty degrees east three chains and ninety-three links on the east by a line bearing south one chain to the eastern corner of portion three of two roods twenty-six perches and on the south-west by the north-eastern boundaries of that portion and portion one bearing north thirty degrees west four chains and eighty links to the point of commencement.
