I, the Governor in and over the State of Tasmania and its Dependencies in the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Executive Council, make the following regulations under the Fishing (Licence Ownership and Interest) Registration Act 2001 .4 June 2002

1.	Application for registration	66 fee units
2.	Application to cancel or vary entry in register	47 fee units
3.	Application for replacement record of original entry in register	142 fee units
4.	Copy of entry in, or extract from, register	15 fee units
