This regulation may be cited as the Fishing Industry (Use of Nets) Amendment Regulation (No. 1) 1992 . ˙ Amended order 2. The Fishing Industry (Use of Nets) Order 1989 is amended as set out in this regulation. ˙ Amendment of s.1 (Short title) 3. Section 1— omit, insert— ˙ ‘Short title ‘1. This regulation may be cited as the Fishing Industry (Use of Nets) Regulation 1989 . ’. ˙ Amendment of Schedule 4. Schedule, Part F, Serial No. 8— omit, insert— ‘ 8 All waters enclosed within and west of All year round.
