2 Fishing Industry (Use of Nets) Amendment (No. 3) No. 202, 1992 ˙ Short title 1. This order in council may be cited as the Fishing Industry (Use of Nets) Amendment Order (No. 3) 1992 . ˙ Amended order in council 2. The Fishing Industry (Use of Nets) Order 1989 is amended as set out in this order in council. ˙ Amendment of Schedule 3.(1) Schedule, Part A, Serial 8— insert ‘8 The waters of Moreton Bay except those waters within the boundary commencing at the Water Tower, Bongaree, Bribie Island; then in a direct line to the special mark light beacon (yellow) off the mouth of the Caboolture River; then in a direct line to the light beacon (green) at the entrance to the Scarborough Boat Harbour (described as No. 1 Starboard Lateral beacon, flashing green 4 seconds); then in a direct line generally north- east to the North Reef Light Beacon (green); All year round A(as) for Serial 1 A(bl)l apparatus prescribed for use by licensed fishers under Schedule 5 to the Fishing Industry Organization and Marketing Regulation 1991 , except the apparatus Otter trawl or beam trawl of any dimension ’. then in a direct line to Garnet Rock Light Beacon (green) off Margate; then in a direct line to Otter Rock Light Beacon (green) off Woody Point; then in a direct line to the seaward
3 Fishing Industry (Use of Nets) Amendment (No. 3) No. 202, 1992 end of the Woody Point Jetty; then in a direct line to the special mark light beacon (yellow) off the mouth of Cabbage Tree Creek; then in a direct line to the Western Middle Bar Light Beacon (green) known as the Coffee Pots, Brisbane Bar Cutting; then in a direct line to the Western Entrance Light Beacon (red and white), Brisbane Bar Cutting; then in a direct line to the Eastern Entrance Light Beacon (yellow), Brisbane Bar Cutting; then in a direct line to the Eastern Middle Bar Light Beacon (red) known as the Coffee Pots, Brisbane Bar Cutting; then in a direct line to the Eastern Inner Bar Light Beacon (red), Brisbane Bar Cutting near Bishop Island; then in a direct line to the special mark light beacon (yellow) north-west of St. Helena Island; then in a direct line to the red beacon north-east of St. Helena Island; then in a direct line to the special mark light beacon (yellow) south-east of St. Helena Island; then in a direct line to the light beacon (red) north-east of Green Island;

HUYBERS light beacon (red) off King Island near Wellington Point; then in a direct line to the light beacon (green) on the western side of Peel Island; then in a direct line to the special mark light beacon (yellow) off the northern end of the Banana Bank; then in a direct line to the light beacon (green) on the south-western side of the Pelican Banks; then in a direct line to the special mark light beacon (yellow) on the southern end of the Pelican Banks; then in a direct line to the light beacon (red) on the eastern side of the Pelican Banks; then in a direct line approximately 0.6 n miles to the light beacon (green) on the western side of North Stradbroke Island; then in a northerly direction approximately 4 n miles to the light beacon (green) on the western side of North Stradbroke Island; then in a direct line to the special mark light beacon (yellow) on the southern end of Goat Island; then in a direct line to the Dunwich Jetty, North Stradbroke Island, at the high water mark;
5 Fishing Industry (Use of Nets) Amendment (No. 3) No. 202, 1992 then by the high water mark in a northerly direction to Amity Point; then in a direct line to the high water mark at Reeder’s Point, Moreton Island; then by the high water mark in a northerly direction along the western foreshore of Moreton Island to Comboyuro Point; then in a direct line to the high water mark at Skirmish Point, Bribie Island; then by the high water mark in a south-westerly direction to the point of intersection with a line due south from the Water Tower at Bongaree, Bribie Island to the high water mark on the foreshore of Bribie Island; then to the point of commencement.
