2 Fishing Industry (Use of Nets) Amendment (No. 2) No. 190, 1992 ˙ Short title 1. This order in council may be cited as the Fishing Industry (Use of Nets) Amendment Order (No. 2) 1992 . ˙ Amended order in council 2. The Fishing Industry (Use of Nets) Order 1989 is amended as set out in this order in council. ˙ Amendment of Schedule 3.(1) Part C, Serial 3— omit thence downstream of a direct line across the Fitzroy River from the downstream head of Norton Creek ’, insert then downstream of the line where the power lines cross the Fitzroy River at the Lakes Creek meatworks ’. (2) Part D, after Serial 14— insert— 15 The waters of Constant Creek upstream of a line between 2 fishery boundary boards near Stoney Point All year round As for Serial 1 ’. (3) Part E, after Serial 7— insert— 8 The waters of Cleveland Bay and Townsville Harbour— (a) commencing at high water mark at Kissing Point to a point 400 m from low water mark in a north–easterly direction; (b) then in a generally south–easterly direction to All year rodnu As for Serial 1
3 Fishing Industry (Use of Nets) Amendment (No. 2) No. 190, 1992 a point 400 m from both the low water mark of the artificial foreshore adjacent to the Sheraton Hotel–Casino and the western breakwater; (c) then in a north–westerly direction to a point 400 m from the seaward end of the most western end of the western breakwater; (d) then in an arc extending 400 m from the end of the western end of the western breakwater to the most northerly point on that arc; (e) then to the most northern point on an arc extending 400 m from the most northern end of the eastern breakwater; (f) then in an arc extending 400 m from the most northern end of the eastern breakwater to a point 400 m seaward in a north–easterly direction from the most northern end of the eastern breakwater; (g) then to a point 400 m in a north–easterly direction from the most eastern end of the eastern breakwater;
