2 Fishing Industry (Use of Nets) Amendment (No. 1) No. 90, 1992 ˙ Short title 1. This order in council may be cited as the Fishing Industry (Use of Nets) Amendment Order (No. 1) 1992 . ˙ Amended order 2. The Fishing Industry (Use of Nets) Order 1989 is amended as set out in this order in council. ˙ Amendment of Schedule 3. Schedule (Part C)— (a) Serial 1, column 2— omit all words from ‘The waters of the ocean ’ to ‘ Mudlo Rocks ’, insert — ‘ The waters of the ocean foreshores of Wide Bay near the township of Rainbow Beach and adjacent ocean waters extending seawards for a distance of 400 m, between a board marked F ↑ B, located near high water mark about 1 km north of the Bathing Reserve and a board marked F ↑ B, located at high water mark about 3 km south of the Bathing Reserve ’. (b) Serial 2, column 2— omit ‘ 3 km to a board marked F ↑ B ’ (wherever occurring) , insert ‘ 1.3 km to a board marked F ↑ B adjacent to the navigation beacons ’.
