2 Fishing Industry (Use of Nets) Amendment Order 1991 Short title 1. This order in council may be cited as the Fishing Industry (Use of Nets) Amendment Order 1991 . Amended order in council 2. The order in council published in the Gazette on 28 October 1989 at pages 1531-1568, as amended, is further amended as set out in this order in council. Amendment of first paragraph 3. First paragraph— omit all words from and including ‘ in pursuance of ’ to and including ‘ the said Schedule. ’, insert— ‘ under the FishingIndustryOrganizationandMarketingAct1982 , makes the following order in council — ‘Short title ‘1. This order in council may be cited as the Fishing Industry (Use of Nets) Order 1989 . ‘Use of nets in closed waters ‘2. Any Queensland waters described in the Schedule are declared to be closed waters under section 45AH of the Act— (a) with respect to nets, other than the nets set out in the Schedule in relation to the waters; and (b) for the time set out in the Schedule in relation to the waters. ’.
