This regulation may be cited as the Fishing Industry Organization and Marketing Amendment Regulation (No. 2) 1991 . Amended regulation 2. The Fishing Industry Organization and Marketing Regulation 1991 is amended as set out in this regulation. Amendment of Schedule 3 (Fisheries endorsements) 3.(1) Schedule 3, Endorsement B., paragraph 2— omit, insert— ‘ 2. Only apparatus serial no. 1, 3, 4, 5, 6, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, 16, 17, 18, 19 or 21 is to be used. ’.
