This regulation may be cited as the Fishing Industry Organisation and Marketing (Closure of Waters) Amendment Regulation (No. 1) 1994 . ˙ Regulation amended 2. This regulation amends the Fishing Industry (Closure of Waters) Order 1989 . ˙ Amendment of Schedule 3. Schedule, Serial No. 7, column 4, ‘from 1 April 1993 to 31 October 1993 (both inclusive)’— omit, insert— ‘(a) starting on 15 July 1994 and ending on 31 October 1994; and (b) after 1994—starting on 1 April and ending on 31 October in each year.’.
