This regulation may be cited as the Fishing Industry Organisation and Marketing Amendment Regulation (No. 4) 1993 . ˙ Commencement 2. This regulation commences on 20 August 1993. ˙ Amended regulation 3. The Fishing Industry Organisation and Marketing Regulation 1991 is amended as set out in this regulation. ˙ Amendment of s.14 (Processor’s licence) 4. Section 14(5)— omit ‘ restricted buyer ’, insert ‘ fish retailer ’. ˙ Amendment of s.15 (Commercial buyer’s licence) 5.(1) Section 15(2)(a)(ii)— omit ‘ restricted buyer ’, insert ‘ fish retailer ’. (2) Section 15(2)(b)(ii)— omit ‘ restricted buyer ’, insert ‘ fish retailer ’. ˙ Omission of s.16 (Restricted buyer’s licence) 6. Section 16— omit. ˙ Amendment of s.17 (Registered premises) 7.
