2 Fishing Industry Organisation and Marketing Amendment (No. 2) No. 128, 1993 ˙ Short title 1. This regulation may be cited as the Fishing Industry Organisation and Marketing Amendment Regulation (No. 2) 1993 . ˙ Amended regulation 2. The Fishing Industry Organisation and Marketing Regulation 1991 is amended as set out in this regulation. ˙ Amendment of Schedule 3 (Fisheries endorsements) 3. Schedule 3 (endorsement K, paragraph 3)— omit, insert— ‘3. Inshore beam trawl apparatus Serial No. 26 must be used if fishery operations are carried out in the waters— (a) of Cleveland Bay described in paragraph 3(d) of apparatus Serial No. 26; or (b) of Sinclair Bay described in paragraph 3(g) of apparatus Serial No. 26; or (c) of Repulse Bay described in paragraph 3(h) of apparatus Serial No. 26; or (d) of Llewellyn Bay described in paragraph 3(i) of apparatus Serial No. 26. ’. ˙ Amendment of Schedule 5 (Apparatus which may be used by licensed fishers using commercial fishing vessels) 4. Schedule 5 (Serial No. 26, after paragraph 3(g))— insert— ‘ (h) of Repulse Bay adjacent to New Beach commencing at Rocky Point at the foreshore at high water mark— (i) then south-westerly along the foreshore at high water mark to the north head of the O’Connell River; and

3 Fishing Industry Organisation and Marketing Amendment (No. 2) No. 128, 1993 (ii) then to a point 2 n miles due east; and (iii) then in a north-easterly direction in a direct line to the point of commencement; and (i) of Llewellyn Bay west of a direct line between Freshwater Point and Allom Point. ’.
