This order in council may be cited as the Fishing Industry (Closure of Waters) Amendment Order (No. 2) 1991. Amendment of Fishing Industry (Use of Nets) Order 2.(1) The Fishing Industry (Use of Nets) Order 1989 is amended as set out in this section. (2) Schedule, Part A, Serials 8 and 9— omit.
