This order in council may be cited as the Fishing Industry (Closure of Waters) Amendment Order (No. 1) 1992 . ˙ Amendment of Fishing Industry (Closed Waters—Fish or Marine Products) Order 1989 2.(1) The Fishing Industry (Closed Waters—Fish or Marine Products) Order 1989 is amended as set out in this section. (2) Schedule (Serial No. 21)— omit. ˙ Amendment of Fishing Industry (Closure of Waters) Order 1989 3.(1) The Fishing Industry (Closure of Waters) Order 1989 is amended as set out in this section. (2) Schedule (at the end)— insert— ‘9 The waters of the All apparatus from 26 June Barramundi Russell/Mulgrave 1992 to 1 ( L a t e s R iv e r s y s te m February 1993 calcarifer ) ’. including all rivers, creeks and tributaries flowing into or connected with the system, upstream of a direct line between the fishery boundary boards located near the mouth, one board situated at Flirt Point and the second board at Constantine Point
