This order in council may be cited as the Fishing Industry (Closure of Waters) Amendment Order 1991 . Amended order in council 2. The order in council published in the Gazette on 28 October 1989 at pages 1570-1573 is amended as set out in this order in council. Amendment of first paragraph 3. First paragraph— omit all words from and including ‘ in pursuance of ’ to and including ‘ the said Schedule. ’ , insert ‘ under the FishingIndustryOrganizationandMarketingAct1982 , makes the following order in council—

2 Fishing Industry (Closure of Waters) Amendment Order 1991 ‘Short title ‘1. This order in council may be cited as the Fishing Industry (Closure of Waters) Order 1989 . ‘Closed waters ‘2. Any Queensland waters described in the Schedule are declared to be closed waters under section 45AH of the Act— (a) with respect to— (i) the species of fish or marine product; and (ii) the apparatus; and (b) for the time; set out in the Schedule in relation to the waters. ’. Amendment of Schedule 4. Schedule (Serial No. 3, column 2)— omit ‘ 151°42´30´´ East Longitude ’ , insert ‘ 150°42´30´´ East Longitude ’. ENDNOTES 1.
