2 Fishing Industry (Closed Waters—Fish or Marine Products) Amendment (No. 1) No. 59, 1994 ˙ Short title 1. This regulation may be cited as the Fishing Industry (Closed Waters—Fish or Marine Products) Amendment Regulation (No. 1) 1994 . ˙ Amended regulation 2. The Fishing Industry (Closed Waters—Fish or Marine Products) Regulation 1989 is amended in this regulation. ˙ Amendment of Schedule 3.(1) Schedule, Serial No. 3, column 2— omit Dalby Weir on the Condamine River; ’. (2) Schedule, Serial No. 18, column 2— insert Maroon Dam on Burnett Creek ’. (3) Schedule— insert— 27 The waters within 200 m downstream, and 200 m upstream, of Claude Wharton Weir on the Burnett River 28 The waters within 200 m downstream, and 400 m upstream, of Loudon Weir on the Condamine River 29 The waters within 300 m downstream of the spillway, and 200 m upstream of the wall, of Moogerah Dam on Reynolds Creek All species of fish and marine products All species of fish and marine products All species of fish and marine products ’.
