2 Fishing Industry (Closed Waters—Fish or Marine Products) Amendment (No. 2) No. 379, 1992 ˙ Short title 1. This order in council may be cited as the Fishing Industry (Closed Waters—Fish or Marine Products) Amendment Order (No. 2) 1992 . ˙ Amended order 2. The Fishing Industry (Closed Waters—Fish or Marine Products) Order 1989 is amended as set out in this order. ˙ Insertion of new s.3 3. After section 2— insert— ˙ ‘Expiry of serial numbers 24 and 25 ‘3. This section and serial numbers 24 and 25 of the Schedule expire 12 months after the commencement of this section. ’. ˙ Amendment of Schedule 4. Schedule (after serial 23)— insert— ‘ 24 The foreshore of the waters of Deception Bay between the public boat ramp, Emerald Avenue, Deception Bay and the seaward end of Reef Point Esplanade, Castlereagh Point (Reef Point), Scarborough. All species of gastropod or bivalve mollusc. ‘ 25 The mainland foreshore of the waters of All species of gastropod Moreton Bay and foreshores of Whyte or bivalve mollusc. ’. Island between the Road Bridge, Boat Passage, Whyte Island and the Northern Breakwater, Manly Boat Harbour at its intersection with the mainland at high water mark.
