2 Fishing Industry (Closed Waters—Fish or Marine Products) Amendment (No. 1) No. 88, 1992 ˙ Short title 1. This order in council may be cited as the Fishing Industry (Closed Waters—Fish or Marine Products) Amendment Order (No. 1) 1992 . ˙ Amended order in council 2. The order in council published in the Gazette on 28 October 1989 at pages 1574-1578, as amended, is further amended as set out in this order in council. ˙ Amendment of first paragraph 3. First paragraph— omit all words from ‘ in pursuance of ’ to ‘ the said Schedule ’, insert — ‘ under the FishingIndustryOrganizationandMarketingAct1982 , makes the following order in council— ‘Short title ‘1. This order in council may be cited as the Fishing Industry (Closed Waters—Fish or Marine Products) Order 1989 . ‘Closed waters ‘2. Any waters described in Column 2 of the Schedule are declared to be closed waters under section 45AH of the Act with respect to the species of fish or marine products set out in Column 3 of the Schedule in relation to the waters. ’. ˙ Amendment of Schedule 4. Schedule, after serial 22— insert —
