(South East Trawl Fishery Levy Refund) Regulations
I,
THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice
of the Federal Executive Council, make the following Regulations under the Fisheries
Act 1952.

1. Citation
1. These Regulations may be cited as the Fisheries (South East Trawl
Fishery Levy Refund) Regulations.

2. Interpretation
2. In these Regulations, unless the contrary intention appears:
“prescribed
unit of fishing capacity” means a unit of fishing capacity prescribed by
the Fisheries Levy (South East Trawl Fishery) Regulations.
3. Refund
3. A person who paid a levy of $90.60 under paragraph 5 (bc) of
the Fisheries Levy Act 1984 on the allocation of a prescribed unit of
fishing capacity on or after 30 April 1990 but before 31 May 1991 is entitled
to a refund of $33.46 for each unit on which the levy was paid.
