Fisheries Research and Development Corporation Amendment Regulations 2008 (No. 1)¹

Name of Regulations

These Regulations are the Fisheries Research and Development Corporation Amendment Regulations 2008 (No. 1).

Commencement

These Regulations commence on the day after they are registered.

Amendment of Fisheries Research and Development Corporation Regulations 1991

Schedule 1 amends the Fisheries Research and Development Corporation Regulations 1991.

[1] After subregulation 4A (2G)

insert

(2H) For paragraph 5 (3) (a) of the Act, for the financial year beginning on 1 July 2007, the research component of the levy mentioned in subregulation (1) is 7.51% of the levy.
