The Governor in Council makes the following Regulations:

1. Objective
The objective of these Regulations is to remove the bag limits applied in respect of flathead and bream in the Mallacoota area.
2. Authorising provisions
These Regulations are made under section 81 of the Fisheries Act 1968.
3. Bag limit in respect of bream and flathead at Mallacoota removed
In the table in regulation 19 of the 1Fisheries
(Recreational) Regulations 1992, omit—
