1. Name of Regulations

These Regulations are the Fisheries Management (Southern Bluefin Tuna Fishery) Amendment Regulations 2009 (No. 1).

1. Commencement

These Regulations commence on the day on which they are registered.

1. Amendment of Fisheries Management (Southern Bluefin Tuna Fishery) Regulations 1995

Schedule 1 amends the Fisheries Management (Southern Bluefin Tuna Fishery) Regulations 1995.
