Part 2 Amendment of Fisheries (Coral Reef Fin Fish) Management Plan 2003 3 Regulation amended in pt 2 This part amends the Fisheries (Coral Reef Fin Fish) Management Plan 2003. 4 Replacement of s 2 (Commencement) Section 2— omit, insert— ‘2 What is the reef line fishery ‘The reef line fishery is activities by way of fishing relating to coral reef fin fish. Note — For what are coral reef fin fish and their common and scientific names, see section 10 and schedule 16A of the regulation.’.
