Part 2 Amendment of Fisheries (Coral Reef Fin Fish) Management Plan 2003 2 Management plan amended in pt 2 This part amends the Fisheries (Coral Reef Fin Fish) Management Plan 2003. 3 Amendment of s 118 (Requirement to give transhipment notice) Section 118(4), definition commercial ship , ‘ 1995 , schedule 11’— omit, insert — ‘ 2004 , schedule 15’.

(2) Schedule 1, section 19(2), from ‘general’— omit, insert — ‘authorities to take fish for trade or commerce with the fishery symbol ‘JE’ written on it ( juvenile eel authorities ).’. (3) Schedule 1, section 19(4)— omit, insert — ‘(4) A limited number of juvenile eel authorities are currently held.’. (4) Schedule 1, section 19(6), from ‘have’— omit, insert — ‘hold a juvenile eel authority.’.
