Explanatory note
The object of this Regulation is to provide that the daily limit and possession limit for Southern Bluefin and 289 (the general regulation-making power).
Tuna for recreational fishers is 1 fish.

1 Name of Regulation
This Regulation is the Fisheries Management (General) Amendment (Southern
Bluefin Tuna) Regulation 2015.
2 Commencement
This Regulation commences on the day on which it is published on the NSW legislation website.
3 Amendment of Fisheries Management (General) Regulation 2010
(1) Part 2 Protected fish, protected waters, prohibited size fish and bag limits Omit “Southern Bluefin Tuna” and “Thunnus maccoyii” from Part 1 of the Table to
Division 4.
(2) Part 2, Division 4, Table Insert the following before the matter relating to “Wahoo” in Part 1 of the Table:
