Part 1—Preliminary

1—Short title

These regulations may be cited as the Fisheries Management (Demerit Points) (Restrictions on Fishing in Germein Bay) Amendment Regulations 2022.

2—Commencement

These regulations come into operation on 15 September 2022.

3—Amendment of Schedule 1—Demerit points offences and demerit points

Schedule 1, clause 8, table—after the entries relating to regulation 23D insert:

23E(1)(a)	Taking Razorfish (Pinna bicolor), Mussels (Mytilus spp) or crabs (Family Portunidae) in Germein Bay (Zone 1)—
(a)    if the offence is expiated	10
(b)    in any other case	25
23E(1)(b)	Taking Razorfish (Pinna bicolor) in Germein Bay (Zone 2)—
(a)    if the offence is expiated	10
(b)    in any other case	25
