1—Short title
These regulations may be cited as the Fisheries Management (Demerit Points) (Restrictions on Fishing in Germein Bay) Amendment Regulations 2022.
2—Commencement
These regulations come into operation on 15 September 2022.

Schedule 1, clause 8, table—after the entries relating to regulation 23D insert:
23E(1)(a)
Taking Razorfish (Pinna bicolor), Mussels (Mytilus spp) or crabs (Family Portunidae) in Germein Bay (Zone 1)—
(a) if the offence is expiated
