These Regulations are the
Fisheries Management Amendment Regulations 2003 (No. 1) .
These Regulations commence on gazettal.
3 Amendment of Fisheries Management Regulations 1992 Schedule 1 amends the
Fisheries Management Regulations 1992 .

[ 1 ] Subregulation 3 (1), definition of relevant offence
