His Excellency the Governor, with the advice of the Executive Council, and on the
recommendation of the Minister for Primary Industries, has made the following Regulation under

the Fisheries Management Act 1994.

Explanatory note
The object of this Regulation is to update the list of noxious fish set out in Schedule 6C to the Fisheries
Management Act 1994.
This Regulation is made under the Fisheries Management Act 1994, including section 209A (4).

2016.

2      Commencement

This Regulation commences on the day on which it is published on the NSW legislation website.
